To get the San Diego experience, Denise, Taylor, and I went on a kayak/snorkel tour of the seven caves of La Jolla. You’re going to have to wait for us to get the underwater camera pictures to be developed, sorry. The Pacific is NO JOKE. Wearing 3mm wetsuits, we were still freezing our proverbial balls off in the 56-degree water. We kind of ruined our future scuba experiences by diving the Keys on our first go-round (Thanks Tom and Nancy, by the way), but swimming with the sea lions was an AMAZING experience. They would swim close enough to reach out and touch them, but because they’re like dogs with fins, we refrained. Spaghetti and traditional game of Bones (Dominos, not that Mexican trail crap) was perfect ending to a perfect day. Thank you Omar, Laura, Taylor, Hunter, Adrian, and Toby for taking such good care of us.
